Radiographer or Biomedical Analyst for Imaging and Functional Medicine Västerbotten

We are now looking for a radiographer or biomedical analyst for Imaging and Functional Medicine Västerbotten, located at nuclear medicine in Umeå. In the unit, we work with both traditional nuclear medicine and PET/CT.

The position is in Umeå, and the work is mainly during the day, but some evening shifts may occur.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a radiographer or biomedical analyst with us, you contribute to taking good care of others and helping people feel better.

In nuclear medicine, you will be offered varied tasks. You will be responsible for patient care, handling radioactive isotopes, and administering injections of these. You will perform examinations, image management, and image quality control. The work is independent but occurs in close collaboration with colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

If you are a licensed radiographer, it is required that you have nuclear medicine and PET/CT in your radiographer education or equivalent professional experience that the employer deems comparable. If you are a biomedical analyst, it is required that you have nuclear medicine in your education.
